About the CEO of Southern Construction

Cris Wagner, owner of Southern Construction, is a state licensed certified contractor, both residential and commercial. He retired from a previous company with 20 years of construction experience before incorporating Southern Construction in 1995. They have lived in South Lake County for over 20 years and raised three children and have 9 grandchildren.

The owner of Southern Construction, Cris Wagner once stated, " We found that clients needed assistance regarding construction specifics." Many questions were centered about the associated cost to remodel or to make additions to their current residence or business. Southern Construction's goal is to provide answers that assist customers in making a better choice and helping them to implement those choices without the customer having to go to each trade and make requests.
